Charlene is a beautiful spayed female, who has a HUGE heart and is in need of a loving, fun, active family. The shelter thinks she is about 1-year-old and her breed is unknown, but she acts and looks like a lab and a shepherd mix. Charlene has been at the shelter since May 07, 2017.
The shelter staff thinks Charlene is one part ultimate cuddle buddy and one part a dog who also loves to run around and play. She truly is a dog who can do both and is a diamond in the rough.
Charlene bonds very quickly with the people meets and she is learning to be a real nice addition to a young playgroup.
Charlene would do well in a home with another young playful dog(s) and older children who would play and continue her obedience classes with her. Charlene would prefer not to live with cats because she thinks they are a toy to chase.
Charlene is spayed, vaccinated, 4-way negative, microchipped. She is currently living in a foster home, so if you are interested in meeting her, please call the shelter to start the application process, and set up an appointment with her foster family.
