NORTH GREENBUSH, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A crash on I-90 may have a milk truck driver crying over spilled milk.
The crash happened just after 1 p.m. on the exit 9 on-ramp.
Police say the driver Jeffrey Bounds, of Argyle, N.Y., told them an unknown vehicle cut in front of him causing him to lose control of his tractor trailer containing raw milk.
The truck overturned, spilling approximately 2,000 gallons of milk to spill into a ditch.
Milk truck rolls over
The driver was treated for minor injuries.
Police say a violation of the ENCON law was issued due to the spill. The truck is owned by Greene Trucking Inc. in Amsterdam.
