GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The former mayor of South Glens Falls is accused of drunk driving. His blood alcohol content is more than three times the legal limit.
Keith Donohue, 49, is accused of refusing to stop when officers tried to pull him over for reckless driving on Glen Street.
Police say they had to use their patrol cars to box him in. Once he did stop, police say they found that he had a blood alcohol content of 0.28.
Donohue served as mayor for just one term.
