WATERFORD, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A homeless man has been arrested for Grand Larceny after a search in Peebles Island and the Village of Waterford.

Police say Ryan Bussey, 38, threatened a person with a knife and then fled onto Peebles Island on Tuesday, December 10. Several agencies searched for Bussey but were unable to locate him.

On December 22, the Waterford Police department was called to a home on Front Street in the Village of Waterford. Police say officers found Bussey hiding in a closet inside the home.
