SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A man on trial for shooting a man in broad daylight across from an elementary school has been found guilty.
A jury found Bruce Campbell, 25, guilty on a long list of charges, including assault.
He was also found guilty of destroying the clothes he wore during the shooting by burning them in the shower of an empty apartment.
The shooting happened in April 2015 on Webster Street in Schenectady.
Fortunately, no children were inside the school as they were off for spring break.
The victim was found, shot in the torso and was rushed to Albany Medical Center.
He survived his injuries.
