QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A Glens Falls man is facing charges after a reported altercation where he was accused of exposing himself and damaging a local restaurant.
Police responded to a Chinese restaurant in the town of Queensbury Tuesday afternoon for an altercation and a man with a lacerated hand.
Police said Raymond Kraft III, of Glens Falls, cut his hand after he punched and broke a glass door during a verbal altercation with the restaurant staff.
Kraft was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree for breaking the glass door, Public Lewdness after staff reported he exposed himself in the dining area, Patronizing a Person for Prostitution in the Third Degree for offering cash to a waitress in exchange for sex, and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree for tampering with a phone while staff tried to call 911.
The 36-year old was arraigned in Queensbury Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
