ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The woman arrested in the Capital Region in connection with the death of her twin sister in Hawaii is scheduled for an extradition hearing.
Alexandria Duval, 38 is accused of driving her twin sister, Anastasia, off a cliff.
