Power fully restored in Albany after several outages in the city

ALBANY, NY (NEWS10) – Around 3:20am Thursday morning, there were reports of several power outages in the Albany area.

Initially, 4,500 customers were without power but now power has been fully restored.

The outages were mainly in the area of Delaware Avenue near Lark Street and 2nd Avenue.

National Grid said four circuits went down at a substation on Normanskill Road and that caused the outages.
