GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Two high school students have been arrested in connection with two emails threats made toward the Guilderland High School.
16-year-old Nathan Agneta and another 15-year-old, both students at Guilderland High were arrested and charged with computer trespass. The 15-year-old was also charged with making a terroristic threat.
The Guilderland Police Department said both teens were involved with threatening emails sent to high school on November 21 and November 29.
Officers say the threat was made in an email to administrators. The writer of the email claimed they would bring something dangerous to the high school. Nothing was found.
The 15-year-old was released to his parents pending family court action. Agneta was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Guilderland Town Court later this week.
