ALBANY, NY (NEWS10) – Black Friday is one of the busiest shopping days of the year and with Christmas just a month away, it’s nearing crunch time for shoppers.
The day after Thanksgiving is a great time to get out and burn off all that food from yesterday by walking it off. Crossgates Mall is quiet right now, a few stores are open from last night’s later Thanksgiving openings.
Black Friday brings the early Christmas shoppers, the deal seeker that’s been eying that 60 inch TV since February and finally found the deal they wanted. And everyone else is trying to spend as little money as possible and bring the most merchandise home.
You’ve got to have a strategy as to how you go about it. Plan ahead, make a list, look for coupons, take pictures to keep a record of the deals and most importantly, if you find what you’re looking for and it’s in your price range, don’t by pass it.
Before you head out, check the website of the store you’re headed to for any time restraints and get in line early because the deals will definitely go fast today.
