Police: Man shot in hunting incident in Glenmont

GLENMONT, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Bethlehem Police are investigating a hunting incident that happened on Smultz Road in Glenmont Thursday morning.

Police say a 24-year-old man, attempting to unload his .308 rifle, shot a single round that struck two parked vehicles and his 25-year-old brother in the shoulder.

The victim was transported to Albany Medical Center and is currently in stable condition.

The incident is still under investigation.

No charges have been filed.
