TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Two pets were lost in a fire Wednesday morning.
The fire started around 8 a.m. inside a two-family home on 122nd Street in Troy.
Everyone got out safely, and the Red Cross is helping three adults and two teenagers who lived there. Two dogs didn’t make it out.
The fire chief said there was “significant damage” inside the building and credits firefighters with quickly getting control of the flames.
