ROME, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Three men have been arrested following the execution of a search warrant.
Special Investigations unit executed the search on Friday at 105 Mill St.
Detectives located a quantity of crack cocaine, nearly 1.5 pounds of marijuana, cash, weight scales, drug packaging materials and a loaded 9mm handgun.
23-year-old Michael J. Gilliam, 22-year-old Kenneth G. Soberanis and 25-year-old Daevon Matiland were taken into custody during the search.
All three suspects are facing a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree with intent to sell, which is a Class B Felony.
Maitland is also facing a charge of Criminal Possession of a Loaded Firearm in the Second Degree, a Class C Felony.
All three defendants are being held in Rome Police lockup.
