(MEDIA GENERAL) — Former Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson will appear in her first televised interview on ABC’s “20/20” on Friday since filing a sexual harassment lawsuit against former Fox News chief Roger Ailes.

In the hour-long episode, Carlson talks about the sexual harassment she says she faced throughout her life starting after she was crowned Miss America in the late 1980s.

Carlson filed a lawsuit against Ailes in July 2016 after her contract with Fox News was not renewed.

Ailes denied her claims but stepped down after mounting pressure from additional employees with similar accusations.

21st Century Fox settled the lawsuit with Carlson for $20 million and issued a public apology.

The “20/20” episode, “Crossing Lines: Women and Men at Work”, will also feature Sam Polk, a former Wall Street trader who will talk about the “sexist atmosphere” he observed at the workplace, and Cynthia Shapiro, a former human resources executive who reveals how HR departments may not always be on the employees’ side when it comes to a complaint of sexual harassment.

It airs Friday at 10 p.m. on NEWS10 ABC.
