OKLAHOMA CITY (WCMH) — When police arrived on scene at the hotel, they found the victim covered in blood and a big part of his upper lip missing.
Police told KFOR, the two men had gotten into an altercation in their Crowne Plaza hotel room. When they found the suspect, Ralfael Chubbs, they said he was heavily intoxicated and wouldn’t talk.
According to police, they saw blood spattered on the hotel room’s beds, walls and door frame. One officer found a missing piece of the victim’s lip. The victim and his piece of lip were taken to the hospital to see if it could be reattached.
Chubbs was charged with maiming, a felony charge that is involved when somebody is disfigured during an assault.
