PITTSTOWN, N.Y. (NEWS10) — State troopers responded to a Pittstown residence for a domestic incident. The couple reportedly were having a verbal argument when the dispute turned physical.
Thomas Livingston, 28, allegedly pushed his girlfriend on the floor and started choking her. He let her go, and then damaged some items in the house.
The girlfriend had signs of minor injuries.
Livingston had left before police arrived, but they located him on the Northway in Clifton Park.
He was arraigned and served with an Order of Protection. He is scheduled to reappear in court at a later date.
