Report: ISIS calling for attacks against voters on Election Day

WASHINGTON (NEWS10) – According to SITE Intelligence Group, ISIS is calling for attacks on voters on election day on Tuesday.

ISIS made the calls through its special Hayat media document.

The terrorist group is calling for Muslims to not participate and announce they have “come to slaughter you and smash your ballot boxes.”

ISIS says there is no difference between the Republican and Democratic parties in “their policies against Islam and Muslims.”

SITE reports that ISIS wants to attack election day to disrupt the election process and gain media attention.

On Friday, U.S. intelligence officials warned of possible al Qaeda attacks Monday in New York, Virginia, Texas. Officials say they evaluating the credibility of the unspecific terror threat for election webeve.
