GLENVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A Glenville man was arrested on DWI charges Sunday after police say he almost hit kids and parents trick-or-treating on Halloween.
Eugene Boden, 60, was arrested on charges of DWI, driving with a blood-alcohol level higher than .08%, failure to keep right, and refusal to submit to a pre-screen breath test.
Glenville Police say they were contacted after Boden was seen almost striking children and adults who were out trick-or-treating with his vehicle on St. Stephens Lane in Glenville,
The responding officer reports seeing Boden swerve across the double lines several times.
Police say Boden the failed field sobriety tests (.17%) and was arrested for DWI.
