SOUTH GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Services for a fallen New York State trooper have been announced.
Trooper Timothy Pratt was hit and killed by an SUV on Ballard Road in Wilton. He served with state police for 30 years.
Calling hours will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, October 30 at South Glens Falls High School. His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 31 at St. Michael’s Church on Saratoga Avenue in South Glens Falls.
A candlelight vigil in honor of Trooper Pratt is also scheduled for Saturday, October 29 from 5-7 p.m at the South Glens Falls Gazebo The vigil was originally scheduled for Sunday but has since been rescheduled to Saturday.
He will be buried at Saratoga National Cemetery.
