HOPE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Colonie woman, who was reported missing after planning to go on a hike, has been found.

Warren County Sheriff’s Office deputies said Tiffany Palladino, 25, left Colonie Tuesday morning with the intent to go hiking on an unknown trail in the Stony Creek area of Warren County. According to the police, she had not been heard from since approximately 11:16 a.m Tuesday when she spoke to her mother on her cellphone while travelling to her destination.

Her vehicle was found by a New York State Department of Environmental Conservation forest ranger at Hope Falls Trail in Hope, N.Y. Wednesday morning. Three additional rangers were then dispatched to Hope Falls.

Rangers went on the Hope Falls trail. One checked the other side from Harrisburg Lake near Stony Creek. One additional ranger checked the Wilcox Lake area, and a request was made for NYSP Aviation to meet a ranger at Northville.

Palladino was located in good condition Wednesday by DEC forest rangers in the Town of Hope in Hamilton County, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
