(WTNH) — If you love your co-workers, or have tons of work friends you could have better health than those who don’t.

Researchers out of Australia are finding that people who identify strongly with their colleagues or with their employer have better overall health and a lower risk of burning out.

Employees are not the only ones who benefit from a healthy relationship. Employers also are getting better results including performance benefits.

Researchers do say that their study did not establish a cause and effect relationship. If you do not have a particularly social work environment there is no need to worry
