NEW PALTZ, N.Y. (NEWS10) — State troopers arrested a man from Albany, N.Y., for possessing crack-cocaine and marijuana.
Police say they stopped a vehicle on I-87 for a traffic violation on Wednesday around 1 a.m. They found the passenger of the vehicle, Darryl McCloud, 25, to be in possession of crack-cocaine and marijuana.
McCloud was taken in custody and processed. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of marijuana, and an unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was arraigned and remanded to Ulster County Jail.
