Two men charged with stolen property

WARREN COUNTY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Two men were arrested Wednesday criminal possession of stolen property during an accident investigation.

Around 2:20 a.m. two men got pulled over for a flat tire when 28-year-old Michael P. Sharp fled the vehicle and led police on a foot chase.

Sharp was chased down short time after and was taken into custody and charged with the felonies of Criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree.

The passenger, 27-year-old was charged also with felony criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and misdemeanor obstruction of governmental administration.

Both men are currently being held pending arraignment in Queensbury Town Court.
