After the vehicle was stopped, police found the driver, Jeremy Capone, to be impaired by alcohol while driving. Standard field sobriety tests were conducted and they resulted in his arrest for DWI.

Police also found narcotics in his vehicle and a child traveling with him.

Capone was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI with a child, criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, and other motor vehicle and traffic law infractions.

He was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
