(NEWS10) – The Catskill Police Department has announced another arrest for drug sales when a sealed indictment was handed down by the Greene County District Attorney.
Rahsean Bowman, 29, of Hudson was arrested on Tuesday, October 18 on a sealed indictment Arrest Warrant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, a class-B felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to sell, a class-B felony.
During the arrest for the above charges, Bowman was also found to be in possession of a small amount of crack cocaine and was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, a class-A misdemeanor.
Bowman was then turned over to Catskill State Police, who had more charges on Bowman for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree with intent to sell.
Bowman was remanded to Greene County Jail to await arraignment by the Greene County Court.
Helping in the investigation were members of the New York State Police BCI division, the Green County Sheriff’s Department, and the Greene County District Attorney Office.
