Nine people arrested after marijuana eradication in Fulton County


FULTON COUNTY, NY (NEWS10) – Nine people were arrested after authorities conducted a marijuana eradication operation.

During the two-day operation, 291 marijuana plants weighing 420 pounds were seized in Fulton County. Another 30 marijuana plants were seized in Montgomery County along the Fulton County border.

The following people were arrested under the New York State Public Health Law for growing cannabis by an unlicensed person, a class “A” misdemeanor:

Todd H. Rider of Oppenheim.

Alan P. Damin of Oppenheim.

Robert Bertholde of Oppenheim.

Edward C. Seeley of Ephratah.

Gina M. Arminio of Ephratah.

Eric Klena of Bleeecker.

Thomas J. Sleasman Jr. of Broadalbin.

Mark D. Edwards of Broadalbin.

Ronald J. DelliVeneri of Mayfield.

The arrested persons were issued Appearance Tickets returnable to their local courts.
