COHOES, N.Y. (NEWS10) — During a bomb threat investigation at Cohoes High School, school officials found that a student was in possession of a carbon pellet gun.
After an investigation, police confiscated the pellet gun at the student’s home.
Two students were allegedly involved in the incident. After both were questioned, they were disciplined in accordance with the school’s code of conduct.
The offense may be subject to criminal charges as well.
The school has a zero tolerance policy prohibiting guns and weapons of any sort from being brought inside the premises as well as school sponsored events.
