GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A man convicted of attacking a Gloversville woman with a frying pan was sentenced on Friday.
Elijah Brown, 24, was sentenced to 13 years in prison after pleading guilty to attempted assault earlier this summer.
He attacked the victim in her home, causing serious injuries to her face with a frying pan.
This was just one of two invasions Brown was arrested for earlier this year, which both happened on Spring Street in Gloversville.
In the other, police say he threatened a woman with a gun and stole jewelry.
