(NEWS10) – A New York City man accused in a major drug trafficking case was found guilty.
Manuel Luna, 51, faces up to life in prison when he’s sentenced in November.
Luna was stopped in Bethlehem in July 2013 after police received an anonymous tip. They found a secret compartment in his car with about a kilo of heroin laced with fentanyl.
After the stop, police conducted an investigation and found that Luna was part of a multi jurisdiction trafficking operation in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Bethlehem.
Several other suspects have already pleaded guilty in the case and are scheduled to be sentenced.
