Serial drunk driver pleads guilty to another DWI

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A man with 13 drunk driving convictions pleaded guilty Tuesday to another DWI.

Kevin Popp, 48, of Delmar, faces 1 1/3 to 4 years in state prison and will be ordered to pay a $2,000 fine when he is sentenced in October. He will also have a mandatory Ignition Interlock Device for three years, license revocation for 18 months and required completion of the Victim Impact Panel and Impaired Driver Program.

Popp was pulled over in August while driving on Euclid Avenue in Bethlehem.
