ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — State police say two men have been arrested for possessing heroin, cocaine, ketamine, and marijuana.
Police say they stopped a car on I-87 at Exit 32 for a traffic violation early Thursday morning.
Donald Fay of Rotterdam was driving the car and was found to be impaired by drugs.
In addition, both him and his passenger, Dain Sankey of Bronx, were found to be possessing all four of those drugs.
Fay and Sankey were both arraigned at the City of Albany court.
Fay was remanded to Albany County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Sankey was also remanded to Albany County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
Both are set to reappear in court.
