COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The man who has been accused of following a woman and her child around local stores is expected in court Wednesday.

Gerald Garrity, 75, was arraigned in Colonie in June on multiple counts of endangering the welfare of a child, harassment, and one count of public lewdness.

Police say this case happened at the Northway Mall, Target, and Wolf Road Hannaford stores.

And, this isn’t Garrity’s first run-in with the law.

Back in 2013, he was arrested by Guilderland Police at the Crossgates Mall for exposing himself and endangering the welfare of a child.
