TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Four people are facing prostitution-related charges in Troy.
According to police, an operation was set up due to complaints from neighborhood businesses and residents as well as observation by patrol officers.
Terry Pollard, 73, of Troy, was charged with one count of patronizing a prostitute. Ashley Dudley, 29, Lisa Kipp, 34, and Leah Halliday, 25, all of Troy, are charged with one count of prostitution.
Members of the Troy Firearms Interdiction and Narcotics Suppression) and NYSP CNET Capital Division conducted the operation.
Troy Police thank the support from citizens on addressing quality of life issues.
