SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Code Blue Saratoga has announced its new location for the 2016-17 winter season.
Code Blue provides temporary, unrestricted shelter to those in need during the cold winter months. In May, the Salvation Army announced it would not be renewing its contract with Code Blue.
It was tough news after Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced new regulations that required shelters to bring in the homeless when temperatures fall below freezing.
The new partnership is with the Soul Saving Church at 62 Henry St.
