ALBANY, NY (NEWS10) – Police say an Albany man has been charged for allegedly taking pictures up women’s skirts at the grocery store.
Authorities say a 31-year-old Albany man, John Grier, turned himself in at the Albany Police South Station after surveillance video was released earlier this week.
Police say on Thursday, July 14 at approximately 1:15 p.m., Grier placed his cell phone under the skirts of two female victims while they were shopping at the Hannaford on 900 Central Avenue.
Grier has been charged with two counts of Unlawful Surveillance in the second degree.
