Rensselaer County Legislature approves resolutions to help people dealing with PFOA

RENSSELAER, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Rensselaer County Legislature approved three resolutions to help those in Hoosick Falls and Petersburgh.

They call for federal income tax credits for people in both communities, a more uniform national PFOA standard, and a public information site with database to inform people of what’s being done in both communities.

The resolutions will be sent to local congressmen in Washington.
