HUDSON, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The man accused of firing a shotgun at his neighbor will be in court Wednesday.
Evan Kravitz is accused of firing his shotgun at his neighbor, then hitting him with it.
The victim claims Kravitz beat him with the stock of the gun and then barricaded himself in his own apartment.
While searching Kravitz’s home, investigators say they found the shotgun in his chimney.
Kravitz is charged with second degree assault.
