JUNIUS, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Police say a Saratoga Springs man is accused of driving over two times the legal limit.
Officials say on August 14 State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 for multiple traffic violations just after 6:30 p.m.
They say the driver, 40-year-old Christian Borrelli of Saratoga Springs was found to be intoxicated.
He was transported, processed and his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.21%. He was charged with Aggravated DWI and multiple Vehicle and Traffic Violations.
Borrelli was arraigned before the Town of Junius Court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
