ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A Troy man is facing cocaine and marijuana possession charges after he was stopped and arrested by New York State Police on July 9.
State Police say they stopped Hans Ojons, 54, of Troy just before 8:30 p.m. July 9 on I-87 for a speeding violation.
According to police, Ojons was found to be in possession of cocaine and marijuana.
Ojons was then taken into custody and charged with 2nd and 3rd Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, both felonies, and Criminal Possession of Marijuana, a misdemeanor.
Ojons was arraigned before the City of Albany Court and remanded to the Albany County Jail without bail.
