ROME, N.Y. (NEWS10) – New York State Police arrested a man they say had sexual contact with a person under the age of 17.
Ralph Marshall, 61, of Rome, N.Y., was charged with one count of 1st degree sex abuse and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oneida County Jail without bail.
The victim was offered services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center. The center handles investigations of child sexual abuse in which the victim is under 17 years of age.
