Here’s the morning update on the strong-severe thunderstorm potential…
A widespread area of rain and thunderstorms will be with us through 2PM. Heavy rain will be the primary threat with some gusty winds and cloud to ground lightning strikes possible.

With the latest model trends, we’ll be done with the rain and thunderstorms by 2-3 pm.  Expect mostly sunny skies with highs in the 70’s today.

Cooler and slightly unsettled weather will be with us Sunday and Monday with the chance for a few showers.  Highs will be in the 60’s both days.
