(NEWS10) – We take a look at what’s on Rult’s radar this week and it’s Jimmer Fredette.
The Glens Falls basketball legend was back in his hometown for a charity event. But we are talking about Jimmer because we want to know what’s in his future?
Fredette began and finished this season with the Westchester Knicks in the NBA’s D-League. Fredette squeezed in a ten-day contract with the New York Knicks but that was the only taste of the top-level he got.
Jimmer has struggled to find a permanent home in the NBA since being cut by the Sacramento Kings, the team he began his career with.
But, Jimmer said he’s not giving up on his dream.
“NBA’s, of course, the goal. That’s the number one option and that’s what I’m working for and going 100 percent to try to make that happen. And I believe that it will. If it doesn’t we’ll go from there,” said Fredette.
