KINGSBURY, NY (NEWS10) – According to Washington County Sheriff’s, 24-year-old Tylor Michaud of Kingsbury was arrested after an investigation of a residential burglary to a Kingsbury home on Friday.
Michaud allegedly burglarized the home of an acquaintance and stole between $2,000.00 and $3,000.00 worth of coins, silver certificates, buffalo nickels, and other rare older currency as well as foreign currency.
Michaud allegedly entered the two homes on two separate dates and stole some of the listed property each time. Some of the property has been recovered.
Michaud has been charged with two counts of Burglary in the Second Degree, a Class C Felony, and one count of Grand Larceny in the 4th degree, a Class E Felony.
Michaud was arraigned in Kingsbury Town Court Friday night and remanded to Washington County Jail in lieu of $40,000 bail or an $80,000 Bond
