GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Police say a woman is accused of driving three times over the legal limit.
Authorities say on May 30 just before 8 p.m. State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 for a traffic violation. The driver, 55-year-old Susan Taylor of Troy was found to be intoxicated.
She was transported and processed at SP Albany, where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.24%.
She was charged with aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; a Misdemeanor.
She was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Guilderland Court on a later date.
