ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A police officer with a troubled past is now facing more legal trouble.
NEWS10 ABC has found three lawsuits that have been filed this week against Officer Michael Geraci.
All suggest the former Albany officer arrested or search their property when he didn’t have the right to.
Geraci was suspended from the Albany Police Department in November after allegations that he got physical with a 12-year-old boy who threw fruit at his home on Halloween night.
He’d been previously cleared of any wrongdoing after being accused of using unnecessary force during an arrest.
