SEATTLE (NEWS10) — At least five Seattle police officers were hurt trying to calm May Day protests Sunday.
Authorities say some anti-capitalist demonstrators threw objects at officers.
Police reported seeing people with poles, bolts, rocks and cans of spray paint in the crowd.
They also said there was some property damage, including broken windows at an apartment building.
Police deployed flash bangs in the crowd to try and keep them in line.
They also made several arrests.
