SCHODACK, NY (NEWS10) – A Maine man is facing several charges after a domestic dispute early Saturday morning. 24-year-old Kyle Argraves had been involved in a verbal argument with a former girlfriend in Schodack.
When Troopers from Schodack barracks arrived to investigate, the intoxicated man disrupted traffic on Rt. 20. Argraves was told that he was under arrest for Disorderly Conduct.
Argraves struggled with one of the Troopers, and injured one of them. Argraves was further charged with Resisting Arrest and Assault in the 2nd degree.
Argraves was arraigned in Schodack Town Court and was sent to the Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. He will return to court on May 4.
