Surplus of primary voter complaints spark investigation by NY Attorney General

NEW YORK (NEWS10) – Voter complaints in the New York State primary are now being investigated by the Attorney General.

The AG’s office got more than a thousand complaints about voter problems during the primary. The focus of the probe will be in New York City, but upstate complaints could also be investigated.

In a statement released on Wednesday, the Attorney General promised to make sure every vote counts.
