TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Wolff’s Biergarten in Troy is officially open for business.
On Thursday, Troy mayor, Patrick Madden, joined Biergarten owner Matt Baumgartner for a ribbon cutting ceremony. The new restaurant replaces a Bombers that used to serve up burritos at the same location.
Baumgartner, who also owns the Bombers chain, took over the franchise-run location from its previous owners a few weeks ago. Managers of the location say they hope they have something to offer the community.
The new location joins Baumgartner’s three other current Wolff’s Biergarten restaurants in Schenectady, Albany and Syracuse.
