BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A man sentenced for breaking his baby son’s leg has now been charged with sex crimes.

Police said 21-year-old Connor Ash engaged in sexual relationships with two females under the age of 17. According to police, the incidents occurred in the beginning of the summer of 2014 and ended in the same year.

Ash was charged with one count of Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the First Degree and two counts of Sexual Misconduct.

Ash is accused of exchanging text messages and pictures with one of the juvenile females, which resulted in the Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors charge.

He was arraigned in the Town of Halfmoon Court and sent to the Saratoga County Jail on $5,000 bail where he is being held for a separate charge.

On April 7, Ash was sentenced to seven years in state prison and five years of post-supervised release for forcefully breaking the leg of his then-3-month-old son on New Year’s Day 2015.
